WHEN I MAY START PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AFTER DELIVERY?

After vaginal delivery, as soon as you mobilize its good for your health, as it will decrease the risk of deep venous thrombosis.
After caesarean section, most probably you will be discharged from hospital on 3rd post-operative day, you have to start mobility to minimize the risk of deep venous thrombosis .Before starting your routine activity, you have to consult your doctor most probably around 2 weeks post-operative.

WHEN I SHOULD START CONTRACEPTION?

Well, as ovulation starts at 28 days in breastfeeding moms and at 21 days in non-breastfeeding moms, you have to get advice accordingly.

WHEN MY MENSES WILL START AFTER DELIVERY?

It varies widely, you may get it either immediately after your puerperal or it may take 1 to 2 years. The menstruation is usually delayed in breastfeeding mothers. First menses after delivery are usually heavy.
